We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send us an email at care@flyira.com with the details. Attach a picture of the damage. After verifying the damage, we will replace the product in 6 to 8 business days. Please note that replacement requests for damaged goods should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
