Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Order delivery will vary according to your zip code and are separately communicated at the time of placing the order.

Return

Since Flyira is a hygiene product, we do not accept returns.

Exchange

Our exchange policy is valid up to 7 days after the delivery. We always take sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any damage.

However, if you receive a damaged product, kindly write to us at care@flyira.com.

Please note that in order to return, the product must be unused and in original packaging

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to care@Flyira.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order within 48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 10 working days. Please be assured, money will be refunded to the same payment channel.

Please note that orders under shipment cannot be canceled.
